Mindful Games Institute was founded with the express purpose of improving lives and relationships. The institute empowers individuals and groups to consistently and consciously obtain a productive flow. Within this flow, creativity and happiness are readily accessible, opening previously unseen avenues to intentional and effective solutions.

The THRIVING BEYOND SURVIVAL MODEL is a powerful, yet elegant approach to staying on course towards the fulfillment of any goal, and to have fun along the way.

The core concepts of the model enable individuals and groups to harness the natural and graceful flow of daily life, as opposed to being subject to an automatic state of survival.

Founder and CEO, Martha Germann is passionate about making a difference in the quality of people’s lives. She has spent over 15 years developing and enabling leaders to successfully reach their goals.

Drawing on her background in science research, Martha took note of the many concepts, techniques and ideas that created the best results for her clients and herself. Through this experience she developed the THRIVING BEYOND SURVIVAL MODEL.

A dynamic speaker and master at creating and delivering rich content to leaders at all levels – from front line to CEOs – she has addressed organizations and business groups on the THRIVING BEYOND SURVIVAL MODEL resulting in positive, sustainable outcomes that successfully link employee achievement with business results.

Martha holds a BS from Benedictine College and Master’s in Science from the University of North Texas.  She began her career in medical research but soon found she loved working with people more – and has since worked and consulted with Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses, non-profits and individuals.

Martha makes her home in Lewisville, Texas and enjoys spending time with her family, creating tempered glass mosaics and drumming for local band, Merry and the Mood Swings.
